White Rum Mojito

A classic party cocktail using Winchester Distillery White Rum, fresh mint, lime juice, sugar and refreshing soda water. 

Ingredients:

> 60ml Winchester Distillery White Rum

> 1 tsp granulated sugar

> Juice of 1 lime & a wheel of lime to garnish

> Small handful of mint leaves

> Soda water, to taste

Method:

Step 1:

> Muddle together the lime juice, sugar and mint leaves in the bottom of a highball glass. You can use a wooden spoon for this. Add a large scoop of ice to your glass.  

Step 2:

> Measure out 60ml of Winchester Distillery White Rum and pour into the glass. Top with soda water and garnish with mint leaves and a lime wheel. and serve.
