Refreshing Hugo Spritz
Easy to make at home, this popular gin cocktail is splendidly complemented by our Twisted Nose gin.
Ingredients:
> 25ml Twisted Nose Gin or Summer Garden Gin
> A small handful of mint leaves
> 25ml elderflower cordial
> 125ml Prosecco
> Soda water, to taste
> Ice
> 1 lime wedge to serve
Method:
Step 1:
> Scrunch the mint in your hands to lightly bruise it then place it in the bottom of your glass. Pour over the elderflower cordial and Twisted Nose (or Summer Garden Gin).

Step 2:
>Fill your glass with ice, then pour over the prosecco and top with soda water. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with the lime wedge and mint sprig.
