Meadow’s Kiss
Ingredients
- Hampshire Spring Meadow Gin 50ml
- St Germain Elderflower Liqueur 8ml
- Dry Riesling Wine 15ml
- Champagne Acid (see below) 10ml
- Borage Honey Syrup (1:1) 5ml
- Three Dashes of Cherry Bitters
- Garnish: Orange Zest & Elderflowers (if in season), lavender sprig if not.
- Glass: Highball
Method
Stir all ingredients and strain over fresh ice into a highball.

Tartaric Acid 3g Lactic Acid 3g Warm Filtered Water 94ml
