Ingredients

  • 50ml Twisted Nose Oak-aged Gin
  • Grapefruit Bitters
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • Large ice cube
  • Twist of pink grapefruit zest

Method

Dissolve the sugar cube with the water in a rocks glass, add the bitters, gin, and a large ice cube. Stir and garnish with the grapefruit twist.
